Entering the Citadel

There's a tower nearby - The Citadel of Trials. With a name like that , this feels like the sort of place that one is normally sent, rather than finding ourselves, but we're going to investigate anyway.

A Sage-ly looking chap is stood alone as we enter:

You come bearing the crown, I see

Your fortitude cannot be questioned, indeed not...

Very well, I shall grant you the right to undergo the Trials. Go now. Sit upon the throne.

He then disappears. Rude.

At first I don't see a throne, but then just before I huff off, I notice a door to the north west of the room, containing a throne. We walk into it, and we're teleported to the second floor.
