Calling it a Day
I think with the promise of the Sunken Shrine ahead of us, that's a good time to wrap up. I've enjoyed making some progress, but it's been a long day, and I'm already starting to fade a little bit. These are the downside of trying to find time for games as I get older. Just maintaining the energy levels for it.
The act of writing alongside acts as a bit of a double-edged sword - it does help me engage more with what's going on, because I'm wanting to communicate it in writing. But on the other hand the act of writing isn't without it's fatigue.
I think monitoring and managing that is going to be key in the coming weeks and months, both with this project and with life in general. Depending on when I sleep I may actually try and get a bit of time in first thing tomorrow, but I can't be sure yet. I do know we have a plan for next time whenever it is though.
Next time, we search for the Sunken Shrine.
Thanks for reading.
If something in this piece resonated, or you just want to say hello, I'd love to hear from you.
