The Long Walk Back

I make it out with Rukus and Kaili in critical health and dive into a sleeping bag. That should be enough to see us back to town.

I head back to the Prince via the Inn and... nothing...

Great!

I pull up my map, and see that there's a map marker to the north of Elfheim on that continent, so I guess that's the place I'll try first in my next session. Maybe I'll make it through a session without a death. No promises though.
